"After receiving reiki sessions from Grace, I knew I wanted to pursue attunement & certification with her. She's got the stuff! The reiki training was engaging & practical, I would even say magical! I really appreciated the pace, I wanted to really immerse myself in the learning process & Grace's program was so nourishing in that way! Reiki 1 is the first level of Reiki training, and focused on self-healing, healing for friends, family, and pets, and hands-on energy work. It is a great introduction to the practice of energy healing.
This workshop is perfect for: anyone new to energy healing and curious about Reiki, those looking to deepen their self-care and spiritual practice, yoga teachers, body workers and healers wanting to expand their skills, anyone wanting to learn how to use Reiki on themselves and loved ones.
No prior experience is needed- just an open heart and a willingness to learn.
An online Reiki Level 2 workshop may be held later this year depending on the number of Reiki Level 1 participants! Stay tuned!

Yes! You will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certification, allowing you to channel Reiki energy to practice self-healing and informal sessions with friends, family and pets.
